For a small company, I think Osmo's customer support team is wonderful! They helped me with a return quickly and were really friendly.

Poor support
Atrocious customer support.
Bought the Pizza Co game and was able to use it until they suddenly pulled support for iPhones and the game didn't display properly anymore.
Support advised that I could buy a compatible iPad without any other recourse.
